We decided to use our Snowdog as a kind of 3D map of Kielder. Tourists visit Kielder for many reasons and we are proud of what Kielder offers. We took time to walk around the village and record evidence of what makes Kielder unique.

There are many natural attractions including the ospreys, red squirrels, deer,
adders etc that visitors come to see. There are sculptures, Kielder Castle, Kielder Water and the Observatory and Dark Skies initiative, for which Kielder is becoming more famous and of course Kielder Forest and Kielder Water.

Black Mountain Bike trails and extensive walking provide opportunities for those who like to exercise. The design was created through a collaborative approach with all the children having an input, from Nursery to Year 4.

Northumbrian Water have sponsored this Snowdog.
