Created by the School Council, Snowhomes came to life thanks to the co-operation of Brysons's, a local animal refuge. Lingey House pride themselves on the support they give to Bryson's. Children visited the refuge, took photographs and gathered information about the animals requiring adoption. On returning to school, the children made posters about each animal and after painting Snowhomes, the posters were pasted to him.
