St Cuthbert's Catholic Primary School's Dog, Newcastle

The St Cuthbert's Catholic Primary School Snowdog has been inspired by St Oswald's Hospice and the links between their charity work and our own school's ethos and mission statement. We have collaborated with our art teacher to create a design that shows the relationship between St Oswald's work and the words of our school prayer of 'care, concern, and friendship'.

We have been particularly inspired by the Zentangle method and the work of Marion Bolognesi, whose water colour designs represent, for us, God's everlasting presence and love especially in times of great adversity.
